A: While our traditional neon signs are meant for indoor use, we can create especially resistant signs that can withstand rain and harsh outdoor conditions.

Q: How long do neon lights last?

A: If properly installed and maintained, neon signs can last upwards of 5 years.

Q: What should I do if the neon sign is damaged upon arrival?

A: Take a short video clip of the broken or damaged areas and let us know by email within 24 hours. We will investigate the cause and send you a replacement!

A: We offer all design work for free, with unlimited revisions. NeonSignsnz Co.nz will work with you to get the best design for your own custom neon sign.

Q: Do you have fonts available to use?

A: We have an expansive font library for you to view and customize. Can't find anything you like? Contact us! NeonSignsnz Co.nz can work with any style or preference.

Q: Animated neon signs vs regular neon signs?

A: Animated neon signs also known as RGB signs, are color-changing signs that flash and flicker on their own. Whereas traditional neon signs offer the classic static look that promotes your brand.

Q: What format of artwork do I need to provide for my personalized neon signs?

A: These artwork formats are all acceptable: EPS, AI, PDF, JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP, and TIF, however, we prefer to work with vector and AI files.

Q: Is there any cost to maintaining a neon sign?

A: No maintenance costs are required. Don't worry about the neon sign batteries, changing bulbs, glass joining, etc. Our neon signs are of good quality and are more energy efficient than traditional lighting signage.

Q: Are your LED neon signs plug-in or battery powered?

A: Both! We recommend the plug-in signs ( they come with a free remote and dimmer to add to your cart at checkout.) But we do have battery pack options for small signs you can carry around in carts and booths.
